Quality policy

The main objective of ITECPRO sps is to satisfy the requirements and expectations of its customers as a company specializing in industrial software implementation, systems integration, and industrial process automation.

Accordingly, it establishes, declares, and assumes the following principles:

1 - The Quality of our projects is the result of planned and systematic actions in all company processes.

2 - Contractual requirements and the needs and expectations of our interested parties are the sole criterion for establishing the quality standard of our projects, with the ultimate objective of customer satisfaction.

3 - Quality is a common task for all company personnel. Every employee is responsible for the quality of their work.

4 - The competence and continuous training of personnel are considered an indispensable means of maintaining and increasing the company's competitiveness.

5 - The Quality Management Officer is responsible for driving the implementation of the quality management system in accordance with the requirements of the UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015 standard, verifying its application and constantly promoting continuous improvement in all company processes.

6 - Company Management ensures the availability of the necessary resources for the proper functioning of the quality management system.

7 - Company Management undertakes to comply with applicable requirements.

8 - All persons who are part of and/or collaborate with ITECPRO must act in accordance with these premises, which will ensure that our organization is recognized for the high quality of the services provided.
